Terms & Trademark Notice
TinyLogo · logo.tinyappmart.com · last updated July 2026. TinyLogo is a small beta service run by TinyAppMart.
Trademarks & logos
All company names, brand names, and logos shown or served by TinyLogo are the trademarks and property of their respective owners. TinyLogo does not own them and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these brands.
Logos are provided for identification and reference (nominative) purposes — for example, showing a company's logo next to a login option or an integration. You are responsible for using each logo lawfully, in line with that brand's trademark and brand-usage guidelines, and in a way that does not imply an affiliation or endorsement that doesn't exist.
Brand owners: if you own a mark and want your logo removed or corrected, email us (below) and we'll act promptly.
Using the service
- Don't use TinyLogo to imply a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement that doesn't exist.
- Don't use it for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
- Don't attempt to overload, scrape wholesale, resell, or abuse the API.
Your keys
You're responsible for activity under your API keys. A publishable (pk_) key is meant to be visible in a page; a secret (sk_) key must stay on your backend. If a key leaks, rotate it in your dashboard.
Privacy
To run the service we store: the email from your sign-in (via TinyAppMart accounts), your API keys (stored only as a hash), the domains you choose to lock keys to, and request counts for rate-limiting and your usage view. We don't sell your data. Logos are fetched from each brand's own public site and cached; we don't store personal data from those sites.
No warranty
TinyLogo is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Logos may be missing, low-resolution, out of date, or replaced by a generated placeholder, and the service may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyAppMart is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
This is an evolving beta; these terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
